Q: What are the convention dates in 2019?
A: The convention is held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on 12-14 April 2019.

Q: Where is the convention being held this year?
A: Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2B.

Q: What times will the convention start and finish each day?
A: The programme will be posted on the website nearer to the convention.



Q: What is on the programme?
A: The programme in currently being planned. Details will be provided in early 2019.

Q: Will there be meetings in different languages?
A: Yes. Last year there were meeting in Lithuanian, Farsi, Portuguese, Italian and Polish.  If you would like to hold a meeting in another language then please contact us.

Q: Will there be an LGBTI meeting?
A: Yes, the programme includes LGBTI meetings.



Q: Can I pre-register?
A: No, there is no pre-registration required. If you plan to attend on multiple days, a weekend ticket with save money. 

Q: Can you reserve me a ticket?
A: There is no need to reserve tickets as the numbers are unlimited. Tickets are also available on the door.  

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door?
A: Yes.

Q: I don't have a credit card or bank card, how can I buy tickets?
A. Don't worry. Payment may be made in cash for tickets purchased on the door.

Q: Can I pay in Euros?
A: No we only accept payment in UK Sterling.

Q: Can I pay by debit or credit card?
A: Yes. The online system accepts most major credit and debit cards.

Q: Will tickets be sent to me?
A: No. We no longer issue paper tickets. Simply bring your booking confirmation along or give your name at the door.

Q: Will I get a reminder about the convention?
A: No. We suggest you put the dates into your calendar and set a reminder or alert. The date are 12-14 April 2018.

Q: I am unwaged, will there be a discount?
A: Concessions will be available on the door during the convention.



Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes. Children are welcome. We also have a crèche for younger children.

Q: How is the crèche run, is it free?
A: The crèche is staffed by fully qualified officials with a current DBS check. The crèche is free for convention visitors.

Q: Is disabled parking nearby?
A: Yes, there are three designated on-street parking bays for blue badge holders on Endsleigh Gardens (behind Friends House).



Q: I have disability, is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible, more information can be found here.



Q: I am an overseas visitor, can you recommend any hotels/hostel for me?

A: We hope to be able to offer complementary therapies, if you are qualified and would like to do some service at the convention then please contact us here.



Q: Can I bring my dog to the convention?
A: No, the venue only allows guide dogs inside the venue.



Q: Will there be a dance after the convention on Saturday night?
A: Of course!! You will be able to dance the night away!!
